Privacy Policy
1. Information we handle
Fullvalue Digital Media processes the quiz answers you provide, including names, rental state and dispute details, generated previews and purchased documents, session identifiers, order details and any email address you supply to save a draft. Avoid submitting sensitive medical, financial, identity or third-party information that is unnecessary for your packet. We use this information to provide the requested service, protect ownership, process orders and respond to support requests.
2. Quiz storage and retention
Quiz progress and preview data are saved in your browser's local storage and in Lovable Cloud's database infrastructure (powered by Supabase). Browser drafts and preview-only email links have a 48-hour access window. Expiration prevents preview-link access; it does not automatically delete database records, backups or every browser copy. Purchase records and deliverables may be retained to provide access, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Contact to request deletion or details about retention; we do not promise a fixed deletion schedule that is not implemented.
3. AI processing and training
Relevant quiz answers and document text are transmitted server-side through OpenRouter to the configured AI model providers to generate your preview and packet. We do not use your submissions to train our own models. Provider retention and training practices depend on OpenRouter and the selected provider's current policies and settings; zero-training or zero-retention across all providers is not guaranteed by this service. Do not submit information you cannot authorize these providers to process. AI output should be independently verified.
4. Payments and email delivery
Stripe processes payment details on its hosted checkout. We store order identifiers, payment status, chosen outputs and the terms acceptance timestamp, not your full card number. If you request a saved draft email, Resend receives your email address, Page 1 preview and a preview-only link for delivery. That link expires 48 hours after draft creation and cannot unlock paid files. Stripe and Resend handle data under their own privacy policies.
5. Essential storage and optional analytics
Essential HttpOnly session cookies protect draft and paid ownership. Quiz progress and cookie choices use local storage. Essential storage remains enabled with either cookie choice because it supports requested features and security. Accept All permits optional analytics if configured; Essential Only does not. No optional analytics are currently installed by this template. You can change your preference through Cookie Settings in the footer. Choosing Essential Only does not remove necessary order records or security cookies.
6. Sharing, security and international processing
We share information with the service providers described here as needed to operate the service, and where required by law or to prevent fraud. External partner links lead to separate sites whose data practices we do not control. Providers may process data outside your state or country. Access controls and signed session cookies protect documents, but no system is completely secure. Do not share purchase-browser access or saved-draft links.
7. Your choices and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict personal information and to complain to a regulator. Contact with your request; we may verify ownership before releasing or changing records. We may retain information required for legal, security or transaction purposes. The service is not intended for children under 18. Optional draft emails are requested by you and are not a subscription to marketing emails.
