Terms of Service & Liability Waiver
1. Agreement and self-help software
These terms govern Deposit Recovery Kit, operated by Fullvalue Digital Media. By affirmatively accepting them at checkout, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The service is automated self-help and document-structuring software, not a law firm, attorney, financial advisor or medical provider. No attorney-client, fiduciary or clinical relationship is formed. Educational information is not individualized professional advice. A self-help description does not create a statutory safe harbor or excuse compliance with applicable law. You must be at least 18 and authorized to provide the information you submit.
2. AI accuracy and your verification responsibility
AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or fabricated facts, citations, dates and calculations. You must independently verify every statement, jurisdiction-specific rule, deadline and document before using, signing, filing or sending it. Consult an appropriately licensed professional when needed. No recovery, court outcome, suitability or accuracy is promised. Do not rely on this service for emergencies or time-critical professional decisions.
3. As-is warranty disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, software and documents are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, without express or implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free outputs. Rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded remain in force.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullvalue Digital Media's aggregate liability arising from the service or an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the affected order, including purchased add-ons. Current configured offers are $29 for the base packet and $41 with the optional add-on; your purchase receipt controls, not later price changes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits or missed deadlines where law permits exclusion. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. This waiver does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
5. Individual arbitration and class action waiver
Where enforceable, you and Fullvalue Digital Media agree to resolve disputes through binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than a jury trial or class, collective or representative action. First contact with a description of the dispute and requested relief and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Arbitration may be remote or in your county of residence; consumer filing fees and company-paid costs follow the applicable AAA rules. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court, and statutory exceptions remain available. You may opt out of arbitration and the class waiver by contacting within 30 days of your first purchase, identifying the order and stating your decision. If AAA cannot administer a dispute, the parties must agree on an alternative; absent agreement, the dispute may proceed in a court with jurisdiction. Unenforceable provisions do not override mandatory law.
6. Digital delivery and refunds
The displayed price and selected add-on are one-time charges processed by Stripe. After confirmed payment, personalized files are generated and made available in the Deliverable Studio in your purchase browser. Generation can take time; if it fails, retry without repurchasing or contact . Keep your purchase receipt. If paid files remain undelivered or materially defective, contact support with your order details for resolution or a refund. Because files are personalized digital products, change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered once generation begins, except where required by law. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights remain unaffected; these terms do not substitute for any legally required separate consent to immediate digital supply.
7. Affiliate and referral compensation

Fullvalue Digital Media may receive referral fees or other compensation from listed partners. Compensation may influence which offers appear or their placement. A recommendation is not a guarantee of quality, licensure, suitability or results. Partners operate independently and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Questions, disputes, privacy requests and delivery issues may be sent via . Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy date. The terms presented at acceptance govern that order; later updates do not retroactively change your purchase rights.
